HDR Real Estate Photography
HDR is a new technique that combines multiple photos with different exposures to produce a stunning final image. In other words, at least 3 photos are taken. One that is underexposed, one that is properly exposed, and one that is overexposed. Then they are all combined, and special software retains the best portions of all of the photos.
The result is a professional, evenly lit, clear picture. HDR photos make listings and their agents look better.

Aerial photos have massive value in raising the perceived value of your home (as well as your value as an agent in your customer’s eyes!). They show the home from a view that no one would see in real life unless they’ve climbed a tree or something. This helps catch the attention of buyers scrolling through homes on the MLS and help you get more clicks and views, thus more showings and faster sales on average.

We provide a link so you can post it in the MLS in the virtual tour button. Normally in Dallas, those links just lead to slideshows of the same photos you can view in the photo section. This is pretty useless since it doesn’t give you any new information…
But when people see a video instead that’s actually helpful and keeps the viewer’s attention to boost interest in the home.
